Read moreAn itinerary of a few days where the pleasure and joy of riding a motorbike become a daily and satisfying necessity, which only partially, even if in a rather impressive way, can be mitigated by the spectacular scenery. It is possible to extend the experience with a few more days available: the first, to include in the trip one of the mythical roads of Europe, the Stelvio Pass, to which you will be obliged to include the Gavia Pass; the other for a panoramic loop of Lake Garda, one of the most popular tourist destinations, surrounded by overhanging mountains. Best food experience
The typical dishes of Italian gastronomy and the flavors of tradition that combine taste and territory. Guide, naturally by motorbike, to regional cuisine:
In the Knödel dialect, dumplings are a very ancient gastronomic specialty - it is likely that they date back to 1180. These are large meatballs whose main ingredient is stale bread and the seasoning varies according to the area but usually you can find speck, eggs, Tyrolean onion and chives.
suggested wine: Pinot nero rosato
